The customer accepts and acknowledges the procedure presented by the refinery as non-negotiable, and must fully comply with the established protocols. Failure to comply will result in immediate closure of the operation with no possibility of recovery.
ITC is in charge of verifying the refineries it works with, so it will only show verified refineries to its purchasing clients.
Product verification will only be carried out after submission of the corresponding ICPO and BCL or POF, which will be answered through an IC, a DTA and ATV for product verification via SGS or similar.
Once you have submitted the application form, you will receive an e-mail from our management department informing you that we have successfully received your application. The necessary club access information will be added to the e-mail, as well as the different procedure proposals of at least two refineries that can cover your request. If any of them is in accordance with your needs, they should issue LOI to the same email, to which we will reply with an FCO within 72 hours.
